Bitcoin Futures Overheated?

Yesterday we expressed concerns about the current OI status, and today, our Bitcoin Futures Volatility Bands have triggered an overbought signal.

This is a perfect example of why qualitative analysis is valuable, but sticking to decisions based on quantitative systems is even more important.

We still don't see definitive data points suggesting this latest push is spot rally-driven, for all we know this OB signal could lead to a similar PA highlighted in blue.

In due time, market will tell us the truth.
